I kept one on my shoulder during a long afternoon of back-to-back meetings and honestly didn't hit the usual 3pm slump—the caffeine plus taurine combo did its job without any jittery crash. The patch itself is thin enough that I forgot it was there until I peeled it off.

I’ve been wearing this patch on my upper arm for two weeks now, and the caffeine and B vitamins really do smooth out that 3 p.m. crash without the jittery edge I get from coffee. It’s become part of my morning routine, and I actually look forward to putting one on before tackling my to-do list.

I was skeptical about a sticker doing anything for energy, but a full 40 minutes after putting one on before my afternoon slump, I actually felt the caffeine and B vitamins kick in without any jitters. It held me steady through two more meetings and I wasn't reaching for a second coffee.
