生理用ミニパッチ

Three days into my cycle and the usual cramping fog just hasn't hit the same way—the menthol kick is gentle but actually noticeable. I stuck it on before bed and woke up feeling like I'd actually rested, which never happens on day one.

I was skeptical about a patch doing much for that heavy, low feeling, but the turmeric and valerian combo genuinely takes the edge off. Stuck it on before work and forgot it was there, which is exactly what I needed.

The menthol kicks in fast enough that I actually forgot I was cramping mid-afternoon, which never happens. Stuck one on right before bed and the valerian root definitely mellowed me out—woke up feeling more rested than usual.
