These have become such a solid part of my morning that I actually notice the difference when I forget one. The convenience of just sticking one on and going about my day is exactly what I needed, and the sizing choices let me switch it up depending on how I’m feeling that week.

The bundle sizing options made it easy to pick exactly what I needed for my routine, and the patches stick on cleanly without peeling by the end of the day. I've already ordered a second set to keep at my desk for workdays.

I was skeptical about sticking a patch on for wellness, but the peel-off adhesive is gentle and it stayed put through my whole workday without any irritation. Choosing the bundle size was easy, and I love that this version covers my daily routine without extra fuss.
