QUIET THE CRAVINGS

The patch itself is so thin and discreet that I forget it's on under my clothes, which makes it easy to stick with daily. It's become a steady part of my morning routine, and honestly that consistency alone has helped me stay on track with my eating habits more than anything else I've tried.

Three weeks in and I've noticed my afternoon snack urge is way less automatic — it's subtle but real. The patch is so thin I forget it's there, and it's held up fine through showers and sleep.

The adhesive stays put through workouts and showers, which was my biggest worry with a patch. I've worn it daily for two weeks and it's become a low-effort nudge that keeps my snacking in check without me thinking about it.
